Refunds
Refunds are made at the discretion of Little Miracles Castings management.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Damaged or opened packaging will not be refunded.
Refunds will apply to the same payment method, or the same card as shown on the original purchase transaction.
Returns
If a refund is authorised, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return of the product.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to you.
Damages and Issues
In the event that your item sustains damage during transit, kindly inform us within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt.
This allows us to initiate a claim with our shipping partners and arrange for replacements where necessary. Any claims made after this 48-hour window cannot be honoured, as we would be unable to present a case to our couriers.
To substantiate your claim, we will require digital photographs or a video documenting the damage to your item. If your claim is validated, you may qualify for a replacement product with identical features; however, refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Should you need to return the damaged item, it must be sent back to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will reimburse you for postage and delivery costs incurred in returning the item. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service for your own security.
Upon receipt of the returned package, we will promptly process a replacement order for you, at no additional charge, ensuring it matches the features of the original product.
We urge you to carefully inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. This enables us to assess the issue and take appropriate corrective measures.
I no longer want my order
Items cannot be returned after 7 days.

Upon receipt of the returned package, we will promptly assess the condition of return and if all in order, we will process your refund.
My casts didn’t come out well
Each kit contains comprehensive casting instructions. They offer detailed, step by step guidance through the casting process, mirroring the procedures followed by our own staff.
Please ensure you read the Tips and Tricks and FAQ’s before performing your castings.
Generally, casts that turn out not as well as expected are due to instructions not been followed correctly.
Regrettably, we are unable to provide refunds for unsuccessful casts.
